Leadership Lesson: Simple & Sharing

President Barack Obama showed off his manners by sharing his umbrella. Obama, along with staffers, arrived back at the White House during a downpour Monday evening. But he was the only one with an umbrella. Instead of heading straight to the White House, Obama exited Marine One and then waited for Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett and Deputy Chief of Staff Anita Decker Breckenridge to join him.
The three of them huddled under the umbrella for the walk back to the Oval Office.
